COMFORT COMES FIRST!
Check-in: the rooms are available from 4.00 p.m.
Check-out: on the day of your departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10.30 a.m.
Included Services:
* Outdoors parking lots. When you reach the small village of Lillaz, park your car in the forecourt on your left and then take the small pedestrian street on your right: the address of our Chambres d’Hôtes is n. 8.
* Green areas. During summertime, you can relax under the shade of the gazebo or enjoy sunbathing on the deckchairs and the sunbeds.
* Elevator in the room. In the morning you can easily reach the breakfast area with the elevator.
* Ski storage. After a day in the snow you can store your sporting equipment in the ski-bike room, equipped with a boot-warmer.
* Cleaning. Room cleaning, including changing bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, is carried out every 4 nights.
* Animals allowed. Your four-legged friends are welcome in all rooms of the structure. We provide them with towels, cushions and bowls for water and food. We kindly ask you not to let them get on the beds or sofas and not to leave them unattended in the rooms. In order to ensure a respectful coexistence with all the guests, they are not allowed in the breakfast area and we remind you to always have the excrement bags with you and to keep them on a leash while in the two green areas.
* Luggage storage. If you arrive in the morning you can leave your luggage at the front desk; we will make sure you find it in your room at the time of the check-in.
* Ashtrays. Since it is forbidden to smoke in the rooms and in the breakfast area, you will find ashtrays on the balconies and at the front desk.
Paid Services:
* Breakfast. The sweet and savory breakfast buffet is served from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.. Breakfast costs are not included in the room rate and consist of € 12,00 per person per day. Breakfast is free for children up to 2 years old. The “early breakfast” and “garden breakfast” services do not include extra costs. Room breakfast service costs € 14,00 per person per day. Breakfast must be booked the day before.
* Massages. Massages are available everyday starting from 4.30 p.m.. 30 minute massages cost € 30,00 ; 60 minute massages cost € 50,00. Massages must be booked at least one day in advance via whatsapp to Valeria: mobile phone +39.329.2954741.
* Extra cots and beds. The camping cot costs € 10,00 per night. The extra single bed, only available in the Junior Suite Balcony Begonia and in the Junior Suite Deluxe Dalia, costs € 25,00 per night.
* Daily cleaning. The daily room cleaning service, involving changing bathroom linen, costs € 20,00 per day.
* Wines. If you want to taste an excellence born from heroic viticulture, we can offer you different qualities of white, red and sparkling wines from the Cantina Les Cretes - Vini di Montagna.
* Flowers. On request we will make you find bouquets of flowers or floral compositions in your room.
* Restaurants. Before your arrival, we will send you the list of restaurants we have a partnership with.
