The day at Lo Barba begins in the cozy breakfast area heated by the splendid pellet stove whose warmth evokes the slow and relaxing rhythm typical of the mountain. The breakfast buffet, in the name of Aosta valley’s tradition and gastronomic genuineness, offers both sweet and savory delicacies: hot and cold drinks, white, dark and whole wheat bread, toasts, croissants, cakes and tarts, pancakes, honey, fruit jams, maple syrup, butter, Fontina and Toma cheese, yogurt, cold cuts, seasonal fresh fruit, dried fruit, chocolate, cereals.
We care about all your dietary needs. If preventively communicated, we prepare a specialized breakfast for those who suffer from food intolerances and allergies.
The room breakfast service, as well as the “early breakfast” and the “garden breakfast” services, is available on request.
